Greg & Casaundra Monique
Greg and Casaundra were married in October of 2008. Greg had no children and Casaundra had 3 + 2! At the time they met, ALL the kids were 1, 3, 5, 6, and 8.
Their collective mission is to help those we come in contact with. They are together by choice, through the years, been strengthened by teamwork and ultimately blended with love. We Blend was birthed out of searching for resources for African American families in the urban context for their family and others like them and the need to figure it out. They want to provide the transparency that they didn’t always find.

Pastor, Author, Speaker. For about 30 years Gregory has served in several capacities in ministry. From musician to youth leader, Sunday School teacher to Executive Pastor, Greg has dedicated his life in bringing people into a greater awareness of their purpose. As a multi-generational teacher and preacher; he seeks out souls, turns them to God and bridges the gap between the young and old for Kingdom advancement.
Dr. Casaundra
Casaundra Monique McNair, Ed.D. is a lifelong educator. She has served as a special education teacher, principal, college professor, leadership coach, Director of Special Education and Executive Pastor. Her passion for educational justice is fueled by her desire to transform the thinking of communities through the acceleration of the individual and family unit. She really wants to serve families and see them succeed.
